Delivery or Shipment Sample Clauses
The Delivery or Shipment clause defines the terms and conditions under which goods are to be delivered or shipped from the seller to the buyer. It typically specifies the method of delivery, the location where goods will be handed over, and the timeframe for shipment or arrival. For example, it may state whether delivery is to be made FOB (Free On Board) at a particular port or if the seller is responsible for arranging transportation to the buyer’s premises. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities regarding the transfer of goods, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over delivery obligations and timelines.

In the event shipment is agreed upon, BREEDER and BUYER agree to coordinate time and the means of transport to minimize stress or injury to the Puppy.
