Delivery or Shipment. BUYER will take possession of the Puppy at the BREEDER’S home when it is ten (10) weeks old, unless other arrangements, agreeable to both BUYER and BREEDER, are made. If shipment, or other form of transport, is required, BUYER assumes all expenses associated with the shipping, including but not limited to the expenses of veterinarian exams and health certifications, shipping crates, insurance, and the risk of loss, death, or injury to the Puppy associated with shipment. In the event shipment is agreed upon, BREEDER and BUYER agree to coordinate time and the means of transport to minimize stress or injury to the Puppy.

Delivery or Shipment. (a) The delivery dates given in any Agreement are given in good faith but are estimates only and no liability whatsoever can be accepted by the Seller for delays in delivery howsoever caused and the Buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept the product by reason of any delay in delivery unless specifically agreed with the seller.
Delivery or Shipment. Breeder will deliver the Pup to Buyer during the Pup's tenth (10th) week of age. Unless otherwise agreed, the Pup shall be delivered by BREEDER to BUYER, in person, at Breeder's residence set forth above. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Dispatching CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.
