RIGHT TO DEDUCT PAY. 95.1 The Employer may stand down Employees for any time during which they cannot be usefully employed in their classification or grade of work in which they are usually employed, because of industrial action by any persons whatsoever or any other cause whatsoever for which the Employer cannot justly be held responsible, subject to the provisions of this clause.
