Clothing and Safety Footwear. 12.1 The following clothing will be supplied to all employees (after one (1) month of commencement) and will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. The issue will be: • 1 pair of safety boots • 6 shirts or shorts/trousers, or any combination as agreed Not withstanding the above, 1 pair of safety boots will be supplied to the employee on commencement for new entrants to the industry. The employer shall supply sun-screen lotion and sun brims to fit over safety helmets.

Clothing and Safety Footwear. 14.4.1 With the exception of casual and labour hire employees, the following protective clothing will be issued to all Employees annually or on a fair wear and tear basis: • three pairs of overalls or trousers • two pairs of shorts • three long or short sleeve high visibility polo shirts and two high visibility windcheaters, or a combination thereof • one ‘4 in 1’ High Visibility jacket - issued as required. All windcheaters, overalls and shirts will carry the Company logo. It is the Employee’s responsibility to organise replacement clothing with the employer in instances of disrepair caused by higher than normal wear and tear. On leaving the Company, Employees must return all Company issued clothing before their termination payment will be made. The Company will ensure that casual employees are suitably attired for the work to be undertaken.
