Special Class definition

Special Class means a class that has, with the approval of the Minister of Education and Skills, been established by a school to provide an education exclusively for Students with a category or categories of special educational needs specified by the Minister of Education and Skills . Colaiste Pobail Bheanntraí has a Special Class, established to cater for special educational needs of students with:
Special Class means a class consisting of students with disabilities who have been grouped together because of similar individual needs for the purpose of being provided specially designed instruction as defined in subdivision (vv) of this section.
