Tool Allowances. Where specific tools and equipment are required in order to perform the work, the Employer shall supply such tools and equipment and shall replace them on a one for one basis at no cost to the employee.

Tool Allowances. (a) All matters with respect to the provision of tools and allowances shall be in accordance with the mutual agreement of both parties.
Tool Allowances. The employer agrees to replace worn out and broken tools owned by Maintenance and Mechanic employees when such tools are used to perform normal work assignments. Replacement of such tools requires the prior written approval of the appropriate Administrator. The employer will provide, with mutual consent of the parties, any specialty tool needed in the Maintenance and Mechanic Departments.
Tool Allowances. As a condition of continuing employment, employees shall be required to furnish and use personally-owned hand tools and measuring devices. The tool allowance described herein has been replaced by a contribution of twenty cents ($.20) per hour to the International Association of Machinists National Pension Fund on behalf of active employees as provided in Section 1.08 of this Agreement, and an increase to the wage paid under the wage schedule of three cents ($.03) per hour. Machinists shall be required to provide personally-owned hand tools and measuring devices as described on a Tool List approved by the Employer.
