Allowance Value. A stated reasonable estimate of cost to be applied to an Allowance Item.
Allowance Value. The Allowance Value for an Allowance Item includes the direct cost of labor, materials, equipment, transportation, taxes and insurance associated with the applicable Allowance Item.
