Safety Officer. Where twenty or more employees continue working on the site the Safety Supervisor/Officer will remain on site and be paid at ordinary time rate of pay unless such employee is engaged on a concrete pour or emergency work in which case double time will be applicable calculated to the next half hour.
Safety Officer. A responsible member of Construction Manager’s organization will be designated in writing as Construction Manager’s safety officer for each Project. This person's duties will include, but will not be limited to, compliance with Article 10.1.1 of this Exhibit A and, if this person is not the Construction Manager's Project Manager, then this person will report directly to Construction Manager’s Project Manager.

Additionally, employees with more seniority may displace or bump employees with less seniority in other classifications as follows:
Safety Officer i. Act as a resource to the Committee and all its members.
Safety Officer. The xxxxxxx, or designee in their absence, shall serve as the safety officer and shall act as the liaison between the Employees and the Employer regarding safety matters. The xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity at the monthly staff meetings to bring safety matters to the attention of the Chief and administrative staff. If the safety matter requires immediate attention, the xxxxxxx shall report the safety matter to the Chief, or designee, at their earliest opportunity and not wait for the monthly meeting to be held.
Safety Officer. The IC shall appoint a Safety Officer who will ensure safety of responders and victims during the incident operations. With the concept of Unified Incident Command there is valid reasoning to have Assistant Safety Officers to include all disciplines involved in the operation. The Safety Officer appointed by the IC shall have the authority designed within the Incident Command System with the input and advice of all Assistant Safety Officers. Deputies: Deputies are used within the Command and General Staff or Sections of the ICS. A Deputy may be a higher-ranking responder that assists the IC or Section Chief however does not assume Command. Coordinating Resource: the entity within the local EMS system responsible for the notification and coordination of the mass casualty response. Examples include: medcom, resource hospital, MCA, medical control, dispatch Regional Medical Coordination Center: The RMCC serves as a regional multi-agency coordination entity as defined by the National Incident Management System (NIMS). The RMCC serves as a single regional point of contact for the coordination of healthcare resources. The RMCC is intended to optimize resource coordination among hospitals, EMS agencies, medical control authorities and other resources. The RMCC serves as a link to the Community Health Emergency Coordination Center (CHECC).
Safety Officer. Submits annual safety plan to District 9; remains abreast of Little League developments and keep managers informed of safety developments; obtains and forwards accident reports. Analyzes/proposes/procures appropriate insurance (may recruit insurance or consult with insurance expert). Keeps members informed about insurance program. Ensures collection of volunteer forms through league vice presidents; conducts or contract for background investigations. Before the first game of the season, reports to President that all required forms have been submitted (or identifies those missing) and their results. Presents Safety Awareness Program to all managers before season begins; Fulfills other responsibilities set forth in Little League regulations and Operating Manual.
Safety Officer. Develop and Maintain a Safety Risk Programme Administer the safety incident reporting systems and check that the reporting, recording and investigation systems are in compliance with statutory and all Generation mandatory requirements. Coordinate Safety Training Programme Implement a marketing programme to create a safety awareness amongst all employees. Perform any other legitimate activity as required. Contractor to supply the following in order to perform the aforementioned works: • Tools: (Supplied by the Contractor) • Wheelbarrows • Brooms • Feather dusters • Specialised tools such as pressure cleaners and vacuums will be provided by the Employer. Sufficient tools to be provided according to the number of cleaners assigned to perform works in the specified plant. • Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E): (Supplied by the Contractor) • Safety Boots • Safety Glasses • Ear Plugs • Overalls displaying Company name • Hard hats as per ESKOM requirements Specialized Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E) such as Safety Harnesses will be provided by the contractor, and the training required utilizing the equipment. Procedures for spillages will be provided before contract award. Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E) to be provided to all Employees as and when required, damaged Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E) must be replaced.
