Required Uses. Tenant shall provide, on a non-exclusive basis, the following services: ATMs  Dispense United States currency.  Provide access to network support for no less than four (4) of the following networks: Plus, Star, Cirrus, Global Access and Interlink, and accept no less than four (4) of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and Diner’s Club.  Provide a written receipt of each transaction.  Provide display function on user operation.  Each Terminal must have at least one ATM unit capable of receiving deposits.  Display transaction fee/surcharge information.  Surcharge shall be at $2.50 for each non-bank member card holder transaction.  Post a toll free number for customer service inquiries. Night Depository  Accept deposits in Night Depository from its customers and merchants. Optional Uses ATMs  Provide automated teller assistance unit per Terminal.  Dispense gift cards issued or approved by the Airport.

Required Uses. The Premises shall be used for banking and financial operations and for no other use, unless agreed to in writing by Landlord. Tenant hereby accepts the Premises in the condition they are in at the beginning of this Lease and agrees to maintain same in the manner as hereinafter described.

Banking Center – on a limited basis, schedule the following services with customers:  Open, maintain, and/or close personal and commercial deposit and savings accounts  Open, maintain, and/or close certificates of deposit, money market accounts, etc.  Open, maintain, and/or close member loans  Discuss options for existing customers to enhance their current account’s capabilities.  Issue bank wires  Open, increase, decrease, and/or close lines of credits  Cash advances on bank cards ATMs  Dispense United States currency.  Provide access to network support for no less than four (4) of the following networks: Plus, Star, Cirrus, Global Access and Interlink, and accept no less than four (4) of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and Diner’s Club.  Handle debit card transactions.  Provide a written receipt of each transaction.  Provide display function on user operation.  Display transaction fee/surcharge information.  Surcharge shall be at $2.50 for each non-bank member card holder transaction.  A minimum of one (1) ATM located pre-security from each Terminal shall be able to accept deposits to Tenant’s customer’s accounts. Optional Uses ATMs  Display animated software graphics.  Advertise own company and services on ATM video display screens.  Tenant may install an additional Night Depository at an Airport-approved location. The additional location, if approved, is viewed as extensions to the Banking Center and for the sole use of night deposits by Tenant’s customers. Café: Tenant may include a food and beverage café within the Banking Center as part of its business operation. Tenant must submit a proposal for the café operation to the Airport for review and approval. If the Airport approves, Tenant shall submit designs to the Airport Design Review Committee, and ensure that it meets code enforcement as required by applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations. Related to Required Uses

  • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

  • Zoning and Uses Without the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld unless the action for which consent is sought could adversely affect the Primary Intended Use of a Facility (in which event Landlord may withhold its consent in its sole and absolute discretion), Tenant shall not (i) initiate or support any limiting change in the permitted uses of the Leased Property (or to the extent applicable, limiting zoning reclassification of the Leased Property); (ii) seek any variance under existing land use restrictions, laws, rules or regulations (or, to the extent applicable, zoning ordinances) applicable to the Leased Property or use or permit the use of the Leased Property; (iii) impose or permit or suffer the imposition of any restrictive covenants, easements or encumbrances (other than Permitted Leasehold Mortgages) upon the Leased Property in any manner that adversely affects in any material respect the value or utility of the Leased Property; (iv) execute or file any subdivision plat affecting the Leased Property, or institute, or permit the institution of, proceedings to alter any tax lot comprising the Leased Property; or (v) permit or suffer the Leased Property to be used by the public or any Person in such manner as might make possible a claim of adverse usage or possession or of any implied dedication or easement (provided that the proscription in this clause (v) is not intended to and shall not restrict Tenant in any way from complying with any obligation it may have under applicable Legal Requirements, including, without limitation, Gaming Regulations, to afford to the public access to the Leased Property).

  • Intended Use (a) The residential units in the Facility are allocated as follows (“Intended Use”):

  • Agreed Use The Premises shall be used and occupied only for general office use and for no other purpose.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Sources and Uses The sources and uses of the Loans shall be as set forth in Section 3.12.
