Projects Requiring Other Approvals: When considering an application for a permit under Chapter 23 (other than a tree removal permit) that preserves Established Trees, Heritage Trees, or Oak Trees, a decision may be made by the Design Review Committee or Planning Commission to modify the proposal or accept alternative solutions to assist in the preservation of such trees.
