Design Review Committee definition

Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee of the Association or the Master Management Association, as the case may be, as provided for and defined in the Master Management Association’s memorandum of incorporation;
Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee as provided for and defined in the MOI;
Design Review Committee means a committee as provided for in Article 20 hereof;

  • Projects Requiring Other Approvals: When considering an application for a permit under Chapter 23 (other than a tree removal permit) that preserves Established Trees, Heritage Trees, or Oak Trees, a decision may be made by the Design Review Committee or Planning Commission to modify the proposal or accept alternative solutions to assist in the preservation of such trees.

  • Solar panels shall not be erected on any Lot without the prior written consent of the Design Review Committee, and in no event shall any solar panel be visible from or face any street.

More Definitions of Design Review Committee

Design Review Committee means, until the Development period has lapsed, the DEVELOPER acting alone, and after such period a committee of at least three persons appointed by the Trustees;
Design Review Committee or “DRC” means the Design Review Committee as established and empowered in Section 6 of this Declaration. The “Design Review Manual” or “DRM” refers to rules, standards, criteria and procedures governing exterior modifications to Common Areas, Lots, Homes, Units and common areas of Neighborhoods, as they may exist and be amended from time to time.
Design Review Committee means the committee established under Article VIII hereof to review and approve or deny modifications, alterations, renovations or reconstruction of the exterior of Residential Units or Lots.
Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee appointed by the Association from time to time;
Design Review Committee means the committee as provided for in Articles 20 and 30 of the MOI;
Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee established pursuant to the Declaration.
Design Review Committee means the committee established by the RDA forthe review of the Design and Construction Documents.
