Other Licensees. In the event Licensor grants to any third party any licenses or rights with respect to the Licensed Marks, Licensor shall not, in connection with the grant of any such license or rights, take any actions, or suffer any omission that would adversely affect the existence or validity of the Licensed Marks or conflict with the rights granted to Licensee hereunder.
Other Licensees. Any person, corporation, or other legal entity, other than the Municipality herein, to whom the Owner and/or Other Owners has or hereafter shall extend an authorization to attach facilities to a Pole.
Other Licensees. Licensee agrees not to interfere in any manner with, or attempt to prohibit the use of the Name by, any other licensee duly licensed by Licensor. Licensee further agrees to execute any and all documents and assurances reasonably requested by Licensor to effectuate the licensing of the Name to any other party and agrees to cooperate fully with Licensor or any other licensees of Licensor to protect Licensor’s lawful authority to use the name.
Other Licensees. Operator shall provide INDOT with name, address, and contact information of all licensees who are occupying Operator’s Conduit (“Licensees”) annually on the anniversary of the Commencement Date and/or upon INDOT’s request.
Other Licensees. LIFFE will take all commercially reasonable steps (including pursuing court proceedings) to ensure that neither any licensee of LIFFE CONNECT other than the CBOT, nor any other Person, contravenes the exclusivity limitations set forth in Section 3.1. For the avoidance of doubt, preparatory work up to the date on which products are made available for trading in the live market may be undertaken within the Exclusivity Period by any licensee of LIFFE CONNECT or any other Person without triggering LIFFE’s obligations under the preceding sentence.
Other Licensees. The rights granted by this Agreement are non-exclusive. The County may grant similar rental car rights to other on-airport Licensees during the term of this Agreement.
Other Licensees. Any person, corporation or other legal entity other than Licensee herein, to whom Licensor has or hereafter shall extend an authorization to place facilities within a Private Right-Of-Way.
Other Licensees. A. From the effective date of this Agreement until the expiration of the '829 Patent, Licensor agrees that it will not, except upon consent of the Licensee in writing, license the Licensed Patent to other e-commerce printing entities listed on Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof on more favorable terms than those agreed to between the parties concerning the Licensed Patent. Other Licensees. AACS LA will make available on a quarterly basis a list of Adopters and Fellow Resellers. Authorized Reseller shall not resell or redistribute Licensed Components to any other person or entity not on such list and not authorized to receive such products.
Other Licensees. Any person, corporation, or other legal entity other than the Licensee herein, to whom the Licensor has or hereafter shall extend an authorization to attach facilities to a pole or anchor.
