This Agreement, including the attachments, exhibits and addenda hereto, and any execution copies thereof, the agreements executed simultaneously herewith or pursuant to, or in connection with, this Agreement, contain the entire agreement between the parties hereto as it relates to the Approved Location as of the date hereof.
Upon termination or expiration, this Agreement and all rights granted hereunder to Franchisee shall forthwith terminate, and Franchisee shall comply with all of the obligations applicable to the Approved Location as set forth in this Section XVIII.
Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that (i) this franchise relates solely to the Approved Location; (ii) this Agreement does not entitle Franchisee to any protected territory, territorial rights or exclusivity; and (iii) this franchise and Franchisee’s rights hereunder are granted only for the number of guest rooms specified in Attachment A hereto.
In entering this Agreement, Franchisee represents and warrants that it did not rely on and Franchisor and Franchisor’s representatives have not made, any promises, representations or agreements relating to franchising this Approved Location except as expressly contained in this Agreement.
Franchisee shall only be permitted to operate from the Approved Location, to sell approved food and beverage products to retail customers for consumption on the premises or for personal carry-out consumption.
