Use of Property. The Property as defined herein shall be for the sole and exclusive use and occupation by the Tenant(s) and same’s exclusive family namely:

Use of Property. Each Individual Property is used exclusively for hotel purposes and other appurtenant and related uses.
Use of Property. Tenant shall only use the Property as a residence. The Property shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes, and orders regarding the use of the Property.

Tenant will be responsible for any illegal acts or omissions of Tenant's guests, invitees, and/or licensees whether or not Tenant was a party to or knew of the illegal acts taking place. Certain types of illegal activities may be cause for Landlord to issue an unconditional notice of Lease termination to Tenant. Smoking or other activities which may impair the health of other residents may not be permitted in common areas.

Use of Property. The Property shall be used and occupied solely by Sublessee and Sublessee's immediate family, consisting of only the following named person(s): and to be used exclusively as a private dwelling, and no part of the Property shall be used at any time during the term of this Sublease by Sublessee for the purpose of carrying on any business of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private single-family dwelling. Sublessee shall not allow any other person, other than Sublessee's immediate family or transient relatives and friends who are guests of Sublessee, to use or occupy the Property without first obtaining Sublessor's written consent to such use. Sublessee shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of any and all governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy, and preservation of the Property.

Use of Property. Unless required by applicable law, Borrower shall not (a) allow changes in the use for which all or any part of the Mortgaged Property is being used at the time this Instrument was executed, except for any change in use approved by Lender, (b) convert any individual dwelling units or common areas to commercial use, (c) initiate a change in the zoning classification of the Mortgaged Property or acquiesce without Notice to and consent of Lender in a change in the zoning classification of the Mortgaged Property, (d) establish any condominium or cooperative regime with respect to the Mortgaged Property, (e) combine all or any part of the Mortgaged Property with all or any part of a tax parcel which is not part of the Mortgaged Property, or (f) subdivide or otherwise split any tax parcel constituting all or any part of the Mortgaged Property without the prior consent of Lender.

Use of Property. This Agreement authorizes the Tenant(s) to use the Premises only for residential purposes. The Tenant(s) hereby acknowledges that any other use of the premises will not be permitted without authorization from the owner or the Landlord.
