Relief Team Leader. Relief Team Leaders shall be those employees desig- nated by the Employer from time to time to assume du- ties of a supervisory nature over and above the ordinary duties required of that employee’s classification. The Relief Team Leader rate shall be fifty (50) cents per hour above the rate of the job classification for those hours worked as a Relief Team Leader.

Relief Team Leader. It is the objective of all associates of GNB to enhance our ability to train and develop associates. This will enable GNB to satisfy our customers and provide the best products at the lowest cost. In order to enhance teamwork and to provide the time necessary to achieve the stated goals we hereby agree to the following changes: * The position of Relief Team Leader has been created. * The Relief Team Leader will receive the rate of pay outlined in Paragraph 165, EXHIBIT "A" for the time worked in this position. * Selection procedures for identifying and training Relief Team Leaders will be established by the Joint Committee On Teamwork. The assignment to Relief Team Leader is voluntary and may be refused by the individual. * The Relief Team Leader will perform the administrative tasks of the Team Leader with the exception of those tasks related to associate discipline. The Relief Team Leader will be expected to perform regular production duties in what ever time is not required for administrative functions. * Relief Team Leaders may be used when the Team Leader is not available due to an assignment to a project, training, vacation, illness, etc. * The responsibilities of the Relief Team Leader shall be limited to their production team. In the absence of the Casting Team Leader, for example, separate Relief Team Leaders would be designated for Calcium Casting, Antimony Casting, and Pasting. * No disciplinary action will be taken against a relief Team Leader for honest mistakes made in performing the responsibilities of this position. * The length of assignment and the training provided will be determined by the Team Leader.
Relief Team Leader. “Shift Charge Nurse” is defined as a registered nurse who is temporarily assigned responsibility for coordinating patient care for the nursing unit by assigning and supervising work to be done by personnel with equivalent or less training, experience, or skills. A Relief Team Leader‖ “Shift Charge Nurse” role will may be assigned by the nurse manager or the shift supervisor and may be rotated to build skills and experience.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills.   • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
