Ordinary Duties Sample Clauses
The "Ordinary Duties" clause defines the standard responsibilities and tasks that a party, typically an employee or contractor, is expected to perform as part of their role. It outlines the routine functions and obligations that fall within the normal scope of the position, such as attending work, completing assigned tasks, and adhering to company policies. By clearly specifying these everyday expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about job requirements and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of baseline performance standards.
