Rebate Terms. Applicant understands the rebate amount is determined by the amount listed on the Rebate Table on the date the application is received. Failure to submit a complete application may result in delay or rejection of a filed application. Complete applications must include all required application information, signature(s), copies of proof(s) of purchase and other required documentation for all equipment as referenced in this application. The rebate amount cannot exceed the purchase price of the equipment, nor can it include taxes or shipping costs. Additional information or documentation may be required for some rebates. Applicant shall repay the full amount of the rebate, together with penalty equal to up to 1.5 times the amount of the rebate to be imposed in RCEA’s discretion, in the event RCEA determines at any time that (a) the equipment was never installed at the address identified in this application, (b) the rebate was procured through intentionally misrepresented facts, or (c) the rebate was fraudulently obtained. Service accounts at properties which RCEA staff and Board of Directors own or reside may not receive full rebate amounts.
Rebate Terms. In addition to the terms and conditions of these Terms, any Rebates offered through the Site may be governed by specific terms and conditions that are separate from this Agreement. Rebates may be subject to limitations, including, without limitation, geographic limitations or number of Rebates offered by Brands. We urge you to review any specific terms and conditions applicable to a particular Rebate. To the extent that the terms and conditions of such Rebates conflict with these Terms, the terms and conditions of the applicable Rebate will control. In order to receive a Rebate, users must upload a photo of their receipt for the purchase of Qualifying Products to the Service no later than the claim by date, or as set forth in the applicable Rebate or on the App. All Rebates are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Rebate offer or promotion. All Rebate claims are subject to Makeena’s final, sole, and absolute review and approval. If a Rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the terms and conditions applicable to such Rebate, no Rebate will be issued. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the user. You understand and agree that the Service uses a series of algorithms and optical recognition technologies to convert the photographed images of your receipts into digital text. This automated process is often prone to errors, and as such, you understand that you are solely responsible for confirming that your purchase of all Qualifying Products is accurately reflected on the Services. You further understand and agree, any alteration, blurring, burning, charring, darkening, destruction, obscuring, obfuscation, ripping, smearing, tearing, or other damage to your receipts may impact your ability to upload evidence of your purchase of Qualifying Products to the Service. Makeena assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of any receipts or other information you upload to the Services, or any inaccuracies or failures of the Services to translate photographs of your receipts into digital text.
Rebate Terms. At such time that the Purchaser has purchased the Compost, provided the Agency with the information required pursuant to Section 3, and provided evidence satisfactory to the Agency that the Compost complies with the requirements of Section 4, Agency will provide a rebate to Purchaser of $10.00 per ton of the purchase amount for procurement of the Compost. Rebate shall only be provided for Compost purchases totaling over 20 tons, not to exceed 3,000 tons per calendar year without prior authorization from the Executive Director. (For example, if you purchase 10 tons of compost twice, the two receipts can be submitted together because they total 20 tons.) The Agency shall provide the rebate to the Purchaser within thirty (30) days of the date that all information required pursuant to this section is received by the Agency for qualifying purchases.
Rebate Terms. Because Company has entered into a Commercial Card Account Agreement with Bank ("Commercial Card Agreement"). Company shall be entitled to the following rebate: • 0.50% if annual combined sales are $250,000 but below $750,000 • 0.75% if annual combined sales are $750,000 but below $2,000,000 • 1.00% if annual combined sales are $2,000,000 or greater Within all tiers large ticket interchange and negotiated rate interchange will be paid at 0.50% but contribute towards combined spend. Once a tiered rate is achieved, the rebate will apply to all volumes. This rebate offer is good for 45 days. Upon Purchaser’s receipt of Atlas printers (based on the applicable Incoterms) completing the range of units in any pricing tier, a rebate equal to the sum of the number of the Atlas printers purchased in that pricing tier and the Atlas printers purchased in all previous pricing tiers within the same Printer Measurement Period, multiplied by [***] (the “Atlas Printer Volume Rebate” and together with the AV-HD6 Printer Volume Rebate, the “Printer Volume Rebate”) will be generated in favor of Purchaser.

In each case subject to the Rebate Conditions below, if within 12 weeks after the first day of their Engagement an Applicant terminates an Engagement of their own volition, or the Applicant's position is made redundant, or in circumstances of the Applicant’s death, then ATR will endeavour to find a replacement at no extra cost to the client, other than reasonable disbursements. Upon Purchaser’s placement of an order which would result in [* * *] printers having been invoiced or ordered for immediate shipment within a Printer Measurement Period, a rebate of $[* * *] (the “Printer Volume Rebate”) will be applied to the order. If the total amount of the order is less than Printer Volume Rebate, then Supplier will credit any remainder of the Printer Volume Rebate against any Purchaser accounts receivable outstanding at the time of the order. If after such credit is applied any portion of the Printer Volume Rebate remains, Supplier will remit payment of such remainder to Amazon within 30 days of the applicable order.
