CONDITIONS A Sample Clauses

The "CONDITIONS A" clause sets out specific requirements or prerequisites that must be satisfied before certain rights, obligations, or actions under the agreement become effective. Typically, this clause details the events, approvals, or documentation that must be completed by one or both parties, such as obtaining regulatory consent or delivering necessary certificates. Its core practical function is to ensure that all necessary preconditions are met before the contract or a particular provision is triggered, thereby reducing risk and providing clarity about when contractual duties commence.
