QUALIFYING PURCHASES. Only authorized charges for Qualifying Purchases made with your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card for the purchase of goods or services, less any credits for charge reversals or other refunds, will earn points. Qualifying Purchases do not include balance transfers or cash advances; convenience checks; payments made for store value cards, such as gift cards and similar cards; wire transfers; money transfers; travelers checks and similar products that may be converted to cash, such as money orders and certified checks charged to your Card Account; all incidental charges and fees charged by us (for example: voluntary payment protection costs, finance charges, returned check fees, service charges, and ATM fees); and purchases when your Card Account is not in good standing. We reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether a particular transaction is a Qualifying Purchase or to include or exclude other charges from the definition of Qualifying Purchases.

Your cash back rewards balance may be reduced by any returns, credits or other refunds, charge reversals, chargebacks or other disputes, and a negative balance may result if such reductions for a particular billing cycle exceed cash back rewards for purchases of goods and services. BECU or its agents, at their sole discretion, may pursue collection efforts in order to recover any unresolved negative balance owed to BECU, including, but not limited to, negative reporting about your account to credit bureaus. Any fees incurred by BECU or its agents for collection services will be your sole responsibility.

QUALIFYING PURCHASES. CRI shall receive credit against its yearly Minimum Purchases only for purchases of the Service which have a start date that is no more than [****] days from the end of the [****] period in which they were purchased. Where Services purchased during a [****] period are cancelled, postponed or reduced in scope after the close of that year, there will be a retroactive adjustment to the prior year's purchases, which may result in additional revenue Reconciliation Payments.
QUALIFYING PURCHASES. We will make donations to you resulting from Qualifying Purchases in accordance with Section 8 and as set forth in the BBTB Program Details page. Subject to the exclusions set forth below, a "Qualifying Purchase" occurs when (a) a customer (i) places an order for a Product from his or her shopping cart on the Books By The Bushel Site (b) at such time, that customer has selected your Eligible Organization to benefit from purchases the customer makes on the Books By The Bushel Site; and (c) the Product is shipped to, and paid for by, the customer. A "Product" is any item sold on the Books By The Bushel Site Qualifying Purchases exclude, and you will not be eligible for donation payments in connection with any of, the following: • any Product purchased after termination of this Participation Agreement or purchased in connection with a violation of this Participation Agreement; or • any Product order that is canceled or returned.
QUALIFYING PURCHASES. All terms contained herein apply only to -------------------- purchases made hereunder, by the dialysis center affiliate(s) listed on Appendix A attached hereto ("Affiliates"), through wholesalers authorized by Amgen to participate in this program ("Authorized Wholesalers") or directly from Amgen. Amgen requires all Authorized Wholesalers to submit product sales information to a third-party sales reporting organization approved by Amgen.
QUALIFYING PURCHASES. The following DENTSPLY SIRONA Products shall qualify for this Rebate Program and shall be referred to herein as the “DS Products”:

Subject to any exclusions detailed below, only purchases made using the Account Holder’s card in Booker/Makro stores (a ‘Qualifying Purchase’) will contribute towards the total spend for the purposes of calculating any Reward Voucher payable to the Account Holder. The Account Holder cannot accumulate rewards under more than one reward scheme at a time.
