If the User fails to comply with this obligation despite the express request of the Garage Manager, the Operator shall perform the cleaning task at the expense of the User.

By acceding to the present Agreement, the User understands, accepts and agrees that he/she: - bears full personal responsibility for the content and compliance with the norms of Russian legislation of all the materials posted by him/her on the Website; - bears full personal responsibility for the compliance of the methods of using by him/her the materials of other Users and other information published on the Website, with the norms of the Russian law (including, without limitation, intellectual property and data protection norms of law); - bears full responsibility for the safety of his/her account (login and password), as well as for all the actions performed using his/her account; - uses the Website at his/her own risk. 4.1.2. Responsibility of the User. 8.1 For violation of the terms of the Agreement the User shall be liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. 8.2 If due to a breach by the User of its warranties, representations and/or obligations under the Agreement claims, actions of any third parties, as well as orders, warnings and other acts of regulatory authorities will be brought against LLC "Dinasty World", the User undertakes to resolve them by its own efforts and at its own expense, without involving LLC "Dinasty World".
