Quarantine and Isolation. At any time, the University may request or require a Student to leave their assigned space in University housing or to leave University housing entirely when the University determines, in its sole discretion, that the Student’s continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members. • Students may be required to quarantine within their residence hall room if the University deems it appropriate to do so, or otherwise will be required to move to a separate space in University housing on either the Boston or Worcester campuses depending on availability of quarantine and isolation space. • If another Student who is a resident of a Student’s apartment or suite is required to quarantine or isolate, all the other residents of the apartment or suite may be required to quarantine. • Residential students who fail to comply with requests from MCPHS to leave their assigned residence hall space due to COVID or other public health emergency will be deemed to be in violation of their Student Housing Contract and may be subject an emergency removal from their assigned space. • Removal from University housing to isolate or quarantine does not constitute a termination of a Student’s housing contract.

In that case, the Student may be provided a temporary space for up to 24 hours while arranging transportation from campus. Quarantine and Isolation. (a) The director, or his designee, may order the isolation or quarantine of an individual or group of individuals in compliance with this section.
Quarantine and Isolation. If a student’s permanent residence is within 200 driving miles from Xxxxx College, they will be instructed to isolate/quarantine off-campus at their permanent residence. If their permanent residence is over 200 driving miles from Xxxxx College, the College will identify a quarantine or isolation space within federal and state guidelines for their use during the quarantine/isolation period, as space availability permits. Isolation may be required while waiting for test results or when a positive test result, regardless of symptoms, is returned. Students who are identified as a close contact to an individual who tested positive, will require testing and subject to a 14-day quarantine, regardless of their test results.
Quarantine and Isolation. An Employee who is directed to quarantine and/or isolate due to COVID-19 by the Stratford Festival, a regional health authority, the government of Ontario and/or the government of Canada shall be advanced 12 days from their 2021 season sick time accrual. Any 2021 sick time that an employee has accumulated up to the date of required isolation/quarantine will be applied to the 12 days of advanced sick time.   • Quarantine A Teacher shall be granted a leave of absence with pay as a result of being quarantined or otherwise prevented by order of the Medical Officer of Health from attending upon his/her duties.

  • Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Prevention IP shall take all appropriate measures to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse, and child safeguarding violations, by its employees, personnel or subcontractors. IP shall, inter alia, ensure that its employees, personnel or subcontractors shall have undertaken and successfully completed appropriate training with regard to the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, and training on safeguarding children. Such training shall include but not be limited to: reference to definitions of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, and child safeguarding violations; a clear and unambiguous statement that any form of sexual exploitation and abuse, and any conduct that undermines the safeguarding of children, is prohibited; the requirement that any allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse, or child safeguarding violations be promptly reported as provided for in Article 14.4; and the requirement that alleged victims of sexual exploitation and abuse or child safeguarding violations, be promptly informed of and referred to available professional assistance, upon her or his consent.
