University Policies. Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University. Current policies are available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/ and include without limitation, the University’s smoking policy available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/2011/06/02/smoking/. In the event the University establishes new policies or procedures following execution of the contract, or makes modifications to policies or procedures in existence at the time of contract execution, Contractor shall comply with such new or modified policies or procedures upon written notice.

University Policies. University shall provide Placement Site a statement of its policies on illness and injury, time loss for special events, class attendance requirements, and any other policy applicable to Student performance during the Clinical Program.
University Policies. (a) The University will develop and/or maintain a range of policies, procedures and guidelines on human resources matters (such as staff complaint procedures, intellectual property and workplace bullying). Where University-wide policies, procedures and guidelines which have a significant and substantial impact on employees are developed or reviewed during the life of this Agreement, the University will consult with employees and the Unions as part of the University’s general consultation processes.
University Policies. The Employee is required to comply with the policies of the University of Otago including the University’s Smoke-Free Policy, the Ethical Behaviour Policy, and the Accident Reporting and Rehabilitation Policy. University Policies. Acceptance of this Agreement is also acceptance of the University’s broader Technology Use Policy and Student Conduct Policy. User is responsible to be familiar with and abide by all University policies and procedures, as they may be approved, amended and enforced from time to time.

Tenant agrees to adhere to the published regulations of West Xxxxxxx University, including the current edition of the “Guide to Residential Living” and “Student Code of Conduct,” and the applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of Pennsylvania, the Borough of West Xxxxxxx, and East Bradford Township. Violation will result in applicable University and civil action.
University Policies. I understand the rules governing student responsibility and behavior as stated in the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University Student Handbook, including the Honor Code, Judicial System Policies, and CGE Student Handbooks are in effect for the duration of the program. I am responsible for adhering to established policies, heeding verbal and written announcements, and exhibiting reasonable and acceptable behavior which shows genuine concern for the social patterns of the host culture as well as my personal integrity at scheduled events and on excursions.
University Policies. 2.1.1 Any changes, additions or deletions to University Policies, which alter bargaining unit employees’ terms and conditions of employment not encompassed within this Collective Agreement, will not be implemented without consultation with the MSA.

The University will disclose to RDBC and to HEABC any University policies (as amended from time to time) which may have an impact on scheduling, or the granting of vacation or other leaves, and which may be the basis for scheduling- or leave- granting decisions that vary the application of the applicable Article(s) and MOUs listed in Appendix A.
