Examples of Assigned Space in a sentence
Permittee shall pay, on or before the due date established therefor, all taxes, assessments (including, without limitation, storm water utility charges, and any business tax lawfully imposed by the City) and impact fees which are levied against or in connection with the Assigned Space, Permittee’s interest therein and the property and improvements of Permittee for the Term hereof or attributable to Permittee’s activities at the Assigned Space or at the Airport.
Student acknowledges and agrees that only Student and any suitemate/roommate who may be assigned by the University at its discretion will be permitted to occupy the Assigned Space.
Subject to Port’s right of approval as set forth in Section 1 hereof, Permittee may place and install trade fixtures and other personal property in the Assigned Space for use in connection with its operations hereunder (such trade fixtures and other personal property is hereafter collectively referred to as “Trade Equipment”), and the same shall be and remain the property of Permittee.
Fireworks, gun powders (including ammunition), gasoline, and other explosives or flammable liquids/gases also are strictly prohibited on University property, including the Assigned Space, University Housing property and surrounding areas, and even private vehicles parked on University property.
In addition, Permittee must perform its own due diligence on all matters relating to the Assigned Space, including all technical and construction matters.
