Property Appraisal definition

Property Appraisal means, with respect to any Replacement Property, the Appraisal thereof delivered pursuant to Section 19.2 of the Master Lease.
Property Appraisal means that certain Appraisal Report, dated August 28, 2024, prepared by the Property Appraiser.
Property Appraisal means, with respect to each Property, an appraisal prepared by the Appraiser of such Property as if improved in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, which Property Appraisal complies in all material respects (as determined by the judgment of counsel to the Lenders and the Lessor) with all of the provisions of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, as amended, the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and all other applicable Requirements of Law, and will appraise the Fair Market Sales Value of such Property as built in accordance with the Plans and Specifications therefor.

  • The amount of such reimbursement shall be determined based upon the proportion of (i) the "historical cost less depreciation" of the Purchased Assets to (ii) the total historical cost less depreciation of all the assets reported on Seller's Nevada Operating Property Appraisal Report.

  • INVESCO agrees and understands that the Property Appraisal reports will be subject to CAPRIGHT’s General Assumptions and Limiting Conditions attached as Exhibit B hereto, which will be incorporated into the report.

  • All users of the Property Appraisal reports are specifically cautioned to understand the Assumptions and Limiting Conditions as well as any extraordinary assumptions and hypothetical conditions which may be employed by CAPRIGHT and incorporated into the report.

  • Buyer may accept both the Real Property Appraisal and the Equipment Appraisal, reject both the Real Property Appraisal and the Equipment Appraisal, or accept one and reject the other.

  • Each Property Appraisal must be reviewed, approved and signed by an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute (“MAl”).

  • Except as set forth herein or as otherwise required by law, upon expiration or termination hereof, CAPRIGHT shall have no further obligations under this Agreement including, without limitation, any obligation to update any quarterly Property Appraisal reports or related information.
