Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

Training Materials means the materials provided to Customer during Training.

Training Materials means Contractor’s training guides, modules or other instructional materials for the Programs.

• ARS shall develop and provide all Training Materials for the Product Training hereunder, and, as between the Parties, shall own all Copyrights and other right, title and interest in and to all such Training Materials.

• To the extent ALK (or any of its Affiliates or other agents) obtains or otherwise has a claim to the Materials, Training Materials and Labeling, ALK shall assign, and hereby does assign, to ARS (or its designated Affiliate) all of ALK’s (and its Affiliate’s and other agent’s) right, title and interest in and to such Materials, Training Materials, Labeling and all content therein (excluding, in each case, any rights in ALK House Marks).

• As between the Parties, ARS shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Materials, Training Materials and Labeling, in each case including all content contained therein and all applicable Copyrights and trademark rights (but excluding any trademark or other rights in ALK House Marks).

• ALK shall maintain all such attendance records and Product training records, including testing records, certifications, and copies of Training Materials used at each Product Training session, in accordance with Section 7.4. ALK shall provide copies of such Product training records to ARS upon request.

• ALK will provide ARS with a certified statement that all remaining Materials and Training Materials have been returned or otherwise properly disposed of, and that neither ALK nor any Sales Representative are in possession or control of any such Materials or Training Materials, and will not be using any such Materials or Training Materials as of the effective date of termination (unless otherwise agreed by ARS with respect to any wind-down activities).

More Definitions of Training Materials

Training Materials means any Siebel Systems' training materials provided in connection with any training courses ordered by Customer and delivered as set forth in this Agreement.

Training Materials is defined in Section 4.7.

Training Materials means Hortonworks training courses, documentation, and other associated training materials, including any and all updates thereto.

Training Materials means the course slides, OnDemand videos and other documentation including the training exercises and labs provided in conjunction with any Training Services.

Training Materials means all Product-related training materials, including learning units and other printed, audio, web-based or video training materials, branded or unbranded, relating or referring to Product, Product-related disease states and Product sales orientation assessment tests and refresher tests.

Training Materials means the materials (which may include written or other recorded, videotaped or Web-based training materials or online training programs) to be used in Product Training for each Party’s personnel regarding the Product, as approved by the JCC in accordance with Section 6.4(b).

Training Materials means the training materials to be supplied by NCC including course notes and any certificates where applicable.
