Designated assessor definition

Designated assessor means an individual designated and approved, as provided in subsection (4), to serve a county as the assessor of record for the assessing districts in that county that are required to contract with a designated assessor pursuant to the process specified in subsection (3).
Designated assessor means the qualified person selected to undertake property valuations on behalf of the Town.
