Competent Staff. The Contractor shall maintain at the Site a competent staff with appropriate expertise to coordinate and provide general direction of the Work in order to (i) Conduct adequate control of the Work as to quality and compliance with the Contract Documents, and (ii) Maintain satisfactory progress by any Subcontractors involved in the performance of the Work.
Competent Staff. The Sub-Adviser shall ensure that sufficient and competent investment management, administrative and compliance staff experienced in managing accounts similar to the Fund shall have charge at all times of the conduct of, and shall maintain close supervision of, the investment and management of the Fund. For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Adviser shall ensure that any affiliate or third party to whom its duties have been delegated, shall comply with the foregoing.
Competent Staff. Except as limited by a new or modified conservation or liquidation order by the Conservation Court, GOLDEN STATE shall maintain a staff of competent and trained administrative personnel, supplies and equipment to perform its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in accordance with Industry Standard.
Competent Staff. To maintain sufficient supplies and equipment and a staff of competent, trained and licensed (as required) personnel, to produce, develop, underwrite, handle claims and loss control (if allowed by this Agreement), and supervise the Business covered by this Agreement.

The CM/GC will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by the CITY, throughout the performance of this Contract to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the scope of services. If the CITY objects, with reasonable cause, to any of the CM/GC’s staff, the CM/GC shall take prompt corrective action acceptable to the CITY and, if required, remove such personnel from the Project and replace with new personnel agreed to by the CITY.

Competent Staff. User agrees throughout the term of this Agreement to employ and train a reasonable number of employees to properly utilize the services provided by GPS under this Agreement. GPS also agrees throughout the term of this Agreement to employ and train a reasonable number of employees properly to perform the services to be provided by it pursuant to this Agreement.
