Dental Health Plan. The Employer shall pay eighty percent (80%) of the premium for Dental Health Plan and eligible employees shall twenty percent (20%) of the premium.
Dental Health Plan. This is a 17 continuation of the present plan. Premiums for both the employee and 18 his/her eligible dependents are provided by the District for this plan. 19
Dental Health Plan. The Employer agrees to pay the premium per month, per employee covered by this Agreement for the purpose of providing payment of a comprehensive dental health plan for the employees.
Dental Health Plan. The College will continue to offer a voluntary Dental Plan. Flexible Spending Accounts as defined by Section 125 IRC Employee election of a Medical Flexible Spending Account with a minimum of one hundred thirty dollars ($130) annually and a maximum, subject to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) limit, not to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000) annually. Employee election of a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account with a minimum of one hundred thirty dollars ($130) annually and maximum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) annually.
