Each Contractor shall act as an independent contractor and, except as otherwise explicitly shown in the Contract or this Consortium Agreement, not as the agent of any of the other Contractors. Nothing contained in this Consortium Agreement shall be construed as constituting or organizing the sharing of profits or losses arising out of the efforts of any other Contractor hereunder.
