Program of activities definition

Program of activities means a comprehensive and coordinated plan of activities that meets the following criteria:
Program of activities means the Program of Activities, as defined in the Annex I to the Contract.
Program of activities means a Project made up of activities occurring at multiple facilities or operations that each would individually constitute an Eligible Project;

Examples of Program of activities in a sentence

  • The service provider shall obtain the Principal’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions: entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services, appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcontractors”), changing the Program of activities; and any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

  • Service Provider’s Actions Requiring Employer’s Prior Approval The Service Provider shall obtain the Employer’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions: entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services; appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcon­tractors”); changing the Program of activities; and any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

  • These activities will form part of a Structured Program of activities extending through the candidature.

  • Provider shall obtain the Employer’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions: (a) entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services, (b) appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcontractors”), (c) changing the Program of activities; and (d) any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

  • Service Providers’ Actions Requiring PE’s Prior Approval24.1The Service Provider shall obtain the PE’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions:(a) entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services,(b) appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcontractors”),(c) changing the Program of activities; and(d) any other action that may be specified in the CDS.

  • To meet Community Redevelopment Law, the Implementation Plan contains the following required information: • The Agency’s goals and objectives for the next five years; • Program of activities, including potential projects, and estimated expenditures planned for the next five years; • A description of how the activities, proposed projects, and expenditures will alleviate blight; and • A description of the Agency's plans to implement its requirement to increase, improve and preserve affordable housing.

Related to Program of activities

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Nuclear fuel cycle-related research and development activities means those activities which are specifically related to any process or system development aspect of any of the following: - conversion of nuclear material, - enrichment of nuclear material, - nuclear fuel fabrication, - reactors, - critical facilities, - reprocessing of nuclear fuel, - processing (not including repackaging or conditioning not involving the separation of elements, for storage or disposal) of intermediate or high-level waste containing plutonium, high enriched uranium or uranium-233, but do not include activities related to theoretical or basic scientific research or to research and development on industrial radioisotope applications, medical, hydrological and agricultural applications, health and environmental effects and improved maintenance.

  • Loss of Activities of Daily Living means that, due to an Injury or Sickness, the Insured Employee has lost the ability to safely and completely perform two or more of the following six Activities of Daily Living without another person's active, hands-on help with all or most of the activity.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.

  • Commercial Activities means activities conducted on a commercial basis.

  • Economic activities shall in principle include activities of an industrial, commercial and professional character and activities of craftsmen;

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Activities of daily living means at least bathing, continence, dressing, eating, toileting and transferring.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;
