Program of activities definition

Program of activities means a comprehensive and coordinated plan of activities that meets the following criteria:
Program of activities means the Program of Activities, as defined in the Annex I to the Contract.
Program of activities means a Project made up of activities occurring at multiple facilities or operations that each would individually constitute an Eligible Project;

Examples of Program of activities in a sentence

  • Provider shall obtain the Employer’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions: (a) entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services, (b) appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcontractors”), (c) changing the Program of activities; and (d) any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

  • Approval 26.1 The Service Provider shall obtain the Employer's prior approval in writing or in electronic forms that provide record of the content of communication before taking any of the following actions: (a) entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services, (b) appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C ("Key Personnel and Subcontractors"), (c) changing the Program of activities; and (d) any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

  • The Borrower shall, by no later than July 31, 2004, furnish to the Association, for review and comment, the first AWPB indicating detailed EFA Program of activities, including cost, output and performance targets.

  • The Service Provider shall obtain the Employer’s prior approval in writing before taking any of the following actions: (a) entering into a subcontract for the performance of any part of the Services, (b) appointing such members of the Personnel not listed by name in Appendix C (“Key Personnel and Subcontractors”), (c) changing the Program of activities; and (d) any other action that may be specified in the SCC.

Related to Program of activities

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Loss of Activities of Daily Living means that, due to an Injury or Sickness, the Insured Employee has lost the ability to safely and completely perform two or more of the following six Activities of Daily Living without another person's active, hands-on help with all or most of the activity.

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
