Grant Agreement definition

Grant Agreement means a written document memorializing the terms and conditions of an Award granted pursuant to the Plan and shall incorporate the terms of the Plan.
Grant Agreement means an agreement between the Company and a Participant that sets forth the terms, conditions and limitations applicable to a Grant.
Grant Agreement means the written instrument that sets forth the terms and conditions of a Grant, including all amendments thereto.

Examples of Grant Agreement in a sentence

  • Upon a Participant ceasing to be an Eligible Participant as a result of his or her resignation from the Corporation or a Subsidiary, (i) each unvested Option or SAR granted to such Participant shall terminate and become void immediately upon resignation and (ii) each vested Option or SAR granted to such Participant will cease to be exercisable on the earlier of the ninety (90) days following the Termination Date and the expiry date of the Award set forth in the Grant Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Plan or the Participant’s Grant Agreement, all references to money amounts are to United States currency.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Board, in its sole discretion, such Option or SAR shall only be exercisable within the earlier of ninety (90) days after the Termination Date and the expiry date of the Award set forth in the Grant Agreement.
