SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services by the Supplier to the Authority and to Other Contracting Bodies.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 Without prejudice to Clause 42 (Third Party Rights), this Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Goods and/or Services by the Supplier.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Without prejudice to Clause 44 (Third Party Rights), this Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services by the Supplier. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that: there is no obligation whatsoever on the Authority or on any Other Contracting Body to invite or select the Supplier to provide any Services and/or to purchase any Services under this Framework Agreement and in entering into this Framework Agreement no form of exclusivity has been conferred on the Supplier nor volume or value guarantee granted by the Authority and/or Other Contracting Bodies in relation to the provision of the Services by the Supplier and that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other suppliers for the provision of any or all Services which are the same as or similar to the Services. In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of Equivalent Services, the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and the Other Contracting Body’s ability to award Call Off Agreements for Services pursuant to this Framework Agreement. CALL OFF PROCEDURE If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source any of the Services through this Framework Agreement, then it shall be entitled at any time in its absolute and sole discretion during the Framework Period to award Call Off Agreements for the Services from the Supplier by following Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure). The Supplier shall comply with the relevant provisions in Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Council and the Contractor in respect of the provision of the Services by the Contractor to the Contracting Authorities and where the Contractor has been appointed to more that one Lot, this Framework Agreement shall apply to each Lot.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between COI and the Contractor in respect of the provision of the Services by the Contractor to COI. Nothing in this Framework Agreement shall have the effect of making the Contractor an agent, servant or employee of COI.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 4.2 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between CCS and the Agency in respect of the provision of the Services by the Agency to Clients.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Available Services by the Supplier to the Authority and to Other Contracting Bodies. The Authority and Other Contracting Bodies may, at their absolute discretion and from time to time during the Term, order Available Services from the Supplier in accordance with the Ordering Procedures. The Supplier acknowledges that there is no obligation whatsoever on the Authority or on any Other Contracting Body to invite or select the Supplier to provide any Available Services under this Framework Agreement. No undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the Available Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation.
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Provider in respect of the provision of the Goods and Services by the Provider to the Authority and to Other Contracting Bodies. The Authority and (subject to the following provisions of this Clause 4.2) Other Contracting Bodies may at their absolute discretion and from time to time order Goods and Services from the Provider in accordance with the Ordering Procedure during the Term. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Other Contracting Bodies have the right to order Goods and Services pursuant to this Framework Agreement provided that they comply at all times with all Laws (including, but not limited to, the Regulations and the Guidance) and the Ordering Procedure. If there is a conflict between Clause 7 and the Regulations and the Guidance, the Other Contracting Body shall comply with the Regulations and the Guidance. The Provider acknowledges that there is no obligation for the Authority and for any Other Contracting Body to purchase any Goods and Services from the Provider during the Term. No undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority and/or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the Goods and Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Provider acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation.

This Framework Agreement governs the overall relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the said G-Cloud Services by the Supplier to the Authority and to Other Contracting Bodies. The Authority and Other Contracting Bodies may, at their absolute discretion and from time to time during the Term, order G-Cloud Services from the Supplier in accordance with the Ordering Procedures and subject to the provisions of the Call-Off Agreement. The maximum duration of any Call-Off Agreement pursuant to this Framework Agreement is twenty four (24) Months. No undertaking nor any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the said G-Cloud Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation.
