Collaborative Research Project definition

Collaborative Research Project has the meaning set out in Clause 4.7;
Collaborative Research Project means scientific research pertaining to the TECHNOLOGY funded in whole or in part by APOLLON and performed by an Investigator pursuant to the Research Plan attached as Appendix A.

  • In such an event, the Parties to this MoU shall enter into a separate written agreement (“Specific Collaborative Research Project MoU”) before commencing any research activity, setting forth therein all the requirements, each Party’s contributions, deliverables and commitments.

  • Each Party also shall inform its Participating Researchers of their obligations to abide by all regulations, policies and procedures of their employing institutions regarding the disclosing and handling of intellectual property and developed technologies that may arise under this MoU or under any Specific Collaborative Research Project MoU.

Collaborative Research Project means the Research Project Entitled, "The Development of Genetic Immunization as a Therapeutic Technique for Treatment of Diseases in Vertebrates" (the "Collaborative Research Project"), carried out under the supervision of
