Payee: Refers to an entity, Consumer or Non-Consumer, who/that receives a payment by way of Check or electronic means, usually through an obligation of the Consumer or Non-Consumer who/that initiated the payment. Periodic Statement: Refers to a summary which lists the activity on your Account for a specified period of time.

Public Personal Information. No NPI is to be shared under this Agreement. However, if Receiver gains access to Discloser’s NPI, Receiver must promptly notify Discloser and, unless Discloser instructs Receiver in writing that it may retain such NPI, Receiver immediately will return or destroy the NPI in a secure manner, at the direction of Discloser. The terms of this Section 2.3 apply notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement and will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.
