The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Trust or the Manager may use the Personal Information provided by the Subscriber to verify the eligibility of the Subscriber under applicable securities laws. Use of Personal Information. 3.1 UJ is committed to protecting the PDRF’s privacy and recognises that it needs to comply with statutory requirements in collecting, processing and distributing of personal information.
