Income Reports. Within 30 days after the last day of each calendar quarter commencing with calendar quarter after Company effects its first use of a Licensed Patent in conjunction with a Licensed Use and during the term of this Agreement, Company shall deliver to HSI a written sales report (a copy of the form of which is attached as Exhibit B “Royalty Report Form”) reporting the amount, and sources, of net income derived by Company, or a Sublicensee, from uses of the Licensed Patents in conjunction with the Licensed Uses (expressed in U. S. dollars), whether received by Company or a Sublicensee, during such calendar quarter. 5.5.
