The Investment Manager definition

The Investment Manager means INVESCI Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd (‘INVESCI’).
The Investment Manager means RBC Brewin Dolphin, being the investment manger of the LPF's assets as at the date of this Agreement, and any successor or replacement investment manager appointed by MHC as trustee of the LPF from time to time;

Examples of The Investment Manager in a sentence

  • The Investment Manager may at its expense employ others to provide all or any part of such facilities and personnel.

  • The Investment Manager is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

  • The Investment Manager will provide the Company with all physical facilities and personnel required to carry on the business of each class of each Fund that it shall manage, including but not limited to office space, office furniture, fixtures and equipment, office supplies, computer hardware and software and salaried and hourly paid personnel.

  • The Investment Manager may change the rules relating to this facility from time to time.

  • The Investment Manager will endeavour to manage credit risk through in-house credit analysis.

  • The Investment Manager does not currently intend to hedge any foreign currency exposure in any Class.

Related to The Investment Manager

  • Investment Manager or “Manager” shall mean a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Section 4.8 hereof;

  • Sub-Investment Manager means for each Fund any sub-investment manager or sub-investment managers indicated in the relevant Supplement and any sub-investment manager that the relevant Investment Manager may appoint in the future to manage the Fund, provided that disclosure of any such sub-investment managers appointed by the Investment Managers will be provided to Shareholders upon request and details thereof will be disclosed in the periodic reports to Shareholders, and provided further that each Sub-Investment Manager may appoint a sub-investment manager/advisor to manage/advise any portion of the assets of any Fund to which it has been appointed Sub-Investment Manager in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank Rules;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.
