Promotional Offers. From time to time, we may make special offers available to you including granting you lower interest rates on portions of your Balance, the ability to skip payments or extend your payment due dates, offering additional Walmart Rewards or other promotional paymentplans.We willexplainthetermsandconditions of thesepromotionaloffers at the time that we make theseoffers available to you.The terms and conditions of thisAgreement will still apply to any promotional offer you choose to participate in, except to the extent modified by the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.
Promotional Offers. We may make promotional offers available to you from time to time, such as allowing you to skip or delay making one or more payments or charging you a lower rate of interest for a certain period of time. The terms of any promotional offer may be set out separately, and if they are we will send them to you or let you know how you can get a copy. If you choose to participate in a promotional offer (which you can do by telling us or by doing something that indicates that you have chosen to participate) and if there is a separate contract for the promotional offer, that contract will apply to the promotional offer instead of this one. When the promotional offer ends, this Agreement will apply again. If you choose to participate in a promotional offer which gives you a lower interest rate for a certain period of time and during that period you fail to meet one of your responsibilities under the separate contract for the promotional offer, you may lose your promotional lower rate of interest and be charged your normal rate.
Promotional Offers. 3.1. We may (where advertised) offer you a period of free subscription or a number of free payment transactions or other similar promotions when you sign up to or use certain aspects of Salary and Supplier Payments. Powered by Modulr (“Promotional Offer”). Promotional Offers are available for the period of time and subject to the terms we advertise on our Website or in our promotional literature relating to the Promotional Offer from time to time.
Promotional Offers. If You have received a discounted price (e.g. half price for 6 months) Your price will return to normal after the agreed duration. If You have received a promotional offer (e.g. 2 months for free) You will receive 2 months cash back once You have been a Customer of Ours for 12 months and all payments due have been received by Us.
Promotional Offers. From time to time we may offer annual interest rates at a reduced rate for a temporary period of time and applicable to some of the balances (such as Cash Advances) on your Card Account. We will explain the terms and conditions of any such promotional offers at the time that we make such offers available to you. If you accept that promotional offer by taking the required steps, then you agree that the terms of this Agreement still apply to that offer, except to the extent modified by the terms and conditions of the promotional offer. When you use a Cheque or request a Balance Transfer to take advantage of a promotional offer, you will be charged up to 2% of the amount of each Balance Transfer and each Cheque that you write. The fee will be charged to you at the same time that the Balance Transfer or Cheque is posted to your Card Account. When the term of the promotional offer ends, or if you do not comply with (i) the terms of the promotional offer; or (ii) any of your payment obligations under this Agreement, you will lose the benefit of the promotional offer and the accompanying reduced interest rate and all of the terms of this Agreement will apply. In addition, in either of the circumstances set out in (i) or (ii), interest will accrue at the applicable interest rate that is disclosed in the promotional offer, which will be a rate that is disclosed in the Rate and Fee Schedule (but may not be the rate that presently applies to your Card Account). Please read the promotional offer materials carefully so that you understand the terms and conditions of any promotional offer. We may choose not to take away the benefit of the reduced promotional rate; our decision to do so will depend upon our credit risk policies at the time and how they apply to your Card Account.
Promotional Offers. All promotional offers may be invalidated by GiaSpace, in its sole discretion, if You (i) fail to make timely and full payment; (ii) if You cancel Services within 30 calendar days of the Effective Date of an Accepted Order; or (iii) you materially reduce the Services negotiated for in an Accepted Order, including but not limited reducing or not meeting User minimums. In the event of one or more of the above situations, You will be charged the full price Services. Any “money-back” guarantees do not apply to collocation plans, self-managed dedicated server plans, or upgrades and/or downgrades from one plan to another.
Promotional Offers. From time to time, AirCall may offer Services for a trial period during which AirCall will not charge you for the Services. AirCall reserves the right to charge you for such Services (at the normal rate) in the event that AirCall determines (in its reasonable discretion) that you are breaching the terms and conditions of the offer.
Promotional Offers. At our discretion, we may offer you a promotional ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE for all or a part of any balances or for certain types of transactions. The period of time for which the promotional rate applies may be limited. Any applicable promotional rate, the periodic rates, and the period of time during which it will be in effect will appear on or be included with the accompanying promotional letter. Any promotional rate offer will be subject to the terms of the offer and this Agreement. FEES: We may charge the following fees, subject to applicable law: • Transaction Fee for Cash Advances: You obtain a Cash Advance if you obtain funds through a Convenience Check, from an automated teller machine (ATM), through a financial institution, the purchase of a wire transfer, money order, foreign currency, traveler’s cheques, or stored value load, or engage in another similar transaction. For each Cash Advance, we add an additional Cash Advance Fee of either $10.00 or 3.00% of the U.S. dollar amount of the Cash Advance whichever is greater. There is no maximum Cash Advance Fee. • Transaction Fee for Balance Transfers: You may transfer a balance from another account to this Account. For each Balance Transfer, we will add an additional Balance Transfer Fee of either $10.00 or 3.00% of the U.S. dollar amount of the Balance Transfer, whichever is greater. There is no maximum Balance Transfer Fee. • Annual Fee: A separate disclosure of Pricing Information accompanying this Agreement states whether an annual fee applies to your account and, if so, the amount of the fee. The annual fee shall be imposed whether or not the cardholder uses the card to obtain Purchases or Cash Advances. The annual fee shall be charged to Cardholder’s account each year in the month of anniversary date of account opening. The annual fee is refundable only in accordance with applicable law.
Promotional Offers. We may make certain promotional offers available from time to time, which may be subject to differing conditions or limitations which shall be disclosed at the time of registration or purchase. If you qualify for a promotional offer, the terms of the offer shall control over any conflicting terms and conditions in this Agreement.
Promotional Offers. Valley Fiber may offer promotional pricing and free trials of Services to its customer from time to time. Such offers may only be offer to new customers and you may not be eligible for some or all of the offers. These offers are not guaranteed and can be modified, extended, altered, or cancelled by Valley Fiber at any time without notice. Pricing of promotional offers for Services is considered Valley Fiber confidential information and you shall not share or disclose the terms of the promotion with a third party without the express written consent of Valley Fiber.
