Dedicated Server Clause Samples

A Dedicated Server clause specifies that a particular server or set of servers will be exclusively allocated for the use of a specific client or project. In practice, this means the client does not share server resources—such as processing power, storage, or bandwidth—with other customers, ensuring consistent performance and enhanced security. This clause is essential for clients with high resource demands or strict data privacy requirements, as it guarantees resource availability and minimizes the risk of data breaches or service interruptions caused by other users.
Dedicated Server. A physical server that is made digitally available to the customer.
Dedicated Server. Customer hereby waives the requirement set forth in Exhibit A to the Development Agreement that the services described therein shall be maintained on a dedicated server.

You will have exclusive rights to your server's bandwidth, memory, and storage space, and your server’s performance will not be affected by traffic and the usage patterns of other customers. Managed Support. Managed Support is a monthly subscription that provide you with root/administrative access to the service and Plesk or cPanel. We handle core patching, security, monitoring and backups. Additional configurations and installations can be performed for an additional fee.
Dedicated Server. The particular services you choose to be provided by us are set out in your Order, described on the Product Pages, and referred to as the “Dedicated Service.” The Dedicated Product features, access speeds and other items you have initially selected are set out on your Sales Receipt.
