CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND. INVENTION ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT This Information and Invention Assignment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is entered into and dated as of August 26, 2009 by and between Asian Financial, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”), and Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “Executive”). On even date herewith, the Company and I entered into that certain Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”). I recognize and acknowledge that the Company would not have entered into the Employment Agreement but for my commitment to the agreements and covenants contained in this Agreement. Accordingly, in consideration of my retention by the Company and its acceptance of the Employment Agreement, the sufficiency of which I expressly acknowledge, the Company and I, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
