Program Leader. Within [* * *] of the Effective Date, Novo and Dicerna shall [* * *] to serve as the primary point of contact between the Parties with respect to all Collaboration Targets being Researched and Developed under the R&D Program (each, a “Program Leader”). The Program Leader will be responsible for overseeing the list of Collaboration Targets, the Discontinued Targets and the Continuation Targets. The Program Leaders shall regularly communicate with each other to address R&D Program-related issues, needs and updates and facilitate communications and organization of Project Leaders, Working Groups associated with all active Research Plan or Development Plan with respect to all Targets. Either Party, upon prior notice to the other Party, may change its Program Leader. If the Project Leaders cannot agree under Section 6.1 on the Dispute, then, except for those Disputes that are subject to the purview of the JSC, prior to submitting any Dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism set forth in Section 19.6, the Program Leaders shall attempt, for a period of [* * *], to resolve such Dispute.
