Library Plan means the statement of the corporate direction of the Regional Library including objectives, strategies, performance indicators and any other information required by section 125 of the Act;

Library Plan means the library plan prepared by the CEO in consultation with the Council, containing the statement of the corporate direction of CCLC during a rolling four (4) year period and including CCLC’s objectives, strategies, strategic indicators for monitoring the achievement of objectives aligned to Council’s strategic documents, and any other information reasonable required by the Council or Law. Related to Library Plan

  • Primary Plan means a Plan that, in accordance with the rules regarding the order of benefits determination, provides benefits or benefit payments without considering any other Plan.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government.   • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
