Alliance Manager. Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”). Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.

Alliance Manager. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each Party shall also appoint an individual to act as the Alliance Manager for such Party. Each Alliance Manager shall thereafter be permitted to attend meetings of the JSC and any sub-committee as a nonvoting observer. The Alliance Managers shall be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the collaboration activities contemplated by this Agreement (other than the activities/responsibilities of the Project Leader outlined in Section 4.1. above) and shall help facilitate all such activities hereunder.
Alliance Manager. Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party will designate an individual to facilitate communication and coordination of the Parties’ activities under this Agreement relating to Antibody Candidates and Licensed Products and to provide support and guidance to the JSC (each, an “Alliance Manager”). Each Alliance Manager may also serve as a representative of its respective Party on one or more Committees.
Alliance Manager. Promptly after the Effective Date, the Commission and AstraZeneca shall each appoint one Person who shall oversee contact between the Commission, on the one hand, and AstraZeneca, on the other hand, and such appointed Persons shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each appointed Person, an “Alliance Manager”). The Alliance Manager appointed by the Commission will act as a point of contact for the various Participating Member States for activities related to this Agreement, including to share information received from AstraZeneca that is intended to be shared with the Participating Member States. The Alliance Managers shall work together to manage and facilitate communications between the Commission and AstraZeneca under this Agreement, and shall meet monthly to perform their responsibilities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including the resolution of issues between the Commission and AstraZeneca that arise in connection with this Agreement. The Alliance Managers shall not have final decision-making authority with respect to any matter under this Agreement. Each of the Commission and AstraZeneca may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by seven (7) days’ prior notice in writing to the other Party. The Commission and AstraZeneca shall each bear the costs of its Alliance Manager.
Alliance Manager. Each of the Parties will appoint a single individual to serve as that Party’s alliance manager (“Alliance Manager”). The role of each Alliance Manager will be to facilitate the relationship between the Parties as established by this Agreement.
Alliance Manager. Each of Dimension and Bayer shall appoint a representative who possesses a general understanding of clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and marketing issues to act as its Alliance Manager (“Alliance Manager”). Each Alliance Manager will be responsible for:
Alliance Manager. Each Party shall designate in writing within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, an “Alliance Manager” with all necessary business skill and expertise as necessary to be the primary contact for such Party as regards all business development and/or contract-related communications between the Parties for all matters in connection with this Agreement, outside of the purview of the technical matters for which the Scientific Leads are responsible. The Alliance Managers shall be responsible for initially addressing any finance, legal and business issues that may arise. Each Party may respectively appoint a substitute Alliance Manager to represent it under this Section 2.1.2.

The Alliance Managers shall work together to manage and facilitate the communication between the Parties under this Agreement, including the resolution (in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) of issues between the Parties that arise in connection with this Agreement. The Alliance Managers shall not have final decision-making authority with respect to any matter under this Agreement. If not already a member of the JSC, each Alliance Manager shall support the efforts of the JSC and shall be permitted to attend JSC meetings as appropriate as non-voting participants. Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by thirty (30) days’ prior notice in writing to the other Party. Each Party shall bear the costs of its Alliance Manager.
