Program Leaders. Each party shall appoint a person (a "Program Leader") to coordinate its part of the Program. The Program Leaders shall be the primary contacts between the parties with respect to the Program. Each party shall notify the other within thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement of the appointment of its Program Leader and shall notify the other party as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment.

Each Party may replace its Workplan Leader and other JDC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party, provided, however, that each Party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure continuity on the JDC.
