Professional Services Consultant. Available as a premium service offering, the professional services consultant assists in the definition of tests and implementation of API-based queries outside the normal scope of technical support. Engagement of a professional services consultant is done via a separate statement of work. Forward Networks employs a team of experts who work in cross-functional roles. Representatives of Forward Networks may operate in one or more customer success roles during the course of reSoftware of Customer-reported issues. Contacting and Working with the Forward Networks Customer Success Team: Reporting a Problem. Customer may use one of the following methods to report a support issue: • Online – at the CSC which is accessible through the help & support link when logged into the Dashboard. • Via Email – send an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, including the information requested below. Customer’s email will be routed to Forward Networks’ support system and the request will be assigned a case ID. • Via Telephone – contact Forward Networks support team via phone at +0 (000) 000-0000. In addition to online and email reports, Urgent (Priority 1) inquiries (indicative of a system outage) should also be reported by telephone to ensure the quickest response. Case Notification: Customer will to receive an automated notification immediately following a case creation activity. The notification will include the case ID, a summary of the inquiry and the priority level that has been assigned. Case notification will always be done via email, to the email address of the Customer contact who created the case. Initial contact from the representative handling Customer’s case will be made in accordance with the priority and target response time matrix below.

This affidavit may be used, under the circumstances referenced in 30 ILCS 500/50-35(j), in place of the full Financial Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest form otherwise required by the Procurement Code. The Supplemental University of Illinois Certifications identified in the Statutory Certifications section below are to be implemented into all subcontracts on this project. Professional Services Consultant shall prepare presentation boards and/or binders that depict the preliminary selection of FF&E items, including, but not limited to, photos of individual items, materials, finishes, colors of wood, metal, plastic, and fabric selection. A minimum of two (2) copies are required.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Professional Services Warranty 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.
