Professional Services Warranty. 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services.

Professional Services Warranty. Kodak warrants that it shall perform Professional Services in a professional manner using appropriately skilled personnel in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Kodak’s then current policies and procedures. Subject to the provisions of condition 16.1 Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy under the warranty described in this condition shall be, at Kodak’s option, (1) re-performance of the non-conforming Professional Services, or (2) refund of the amount paid by Customer for the non-conforming Professional Services.
Professional Services Warranty. Flexera represents and warrants to Licensee that the Professional Services will be of a professional quality conforming to generally accepted industry standards and practices and will be performed in accordance with the applicable Order.

Company’s sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of the Professional Services Warranty shall be, at Beyond Identity’s option, either to (i) re-perform such Professional Services; or (ii) to provide Company with a refund for the allegedly defective Professional Services. Such remedy shall only be available if Company notifies Beyond Identity in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the completions of each individual deliverable as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work.
Professional Services Warranty. Blue Planet warrants that (a) it and each of its employees, consultants and subcontractors, if any, that it uses to provide and perform Professional Services has the necessary knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and resources to provide and perform the services in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) the Professional Services will be performed for and delivered to You in a good, diligent, workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Blue Planet’s ability to successfully perform hereunder is dependent upon Your provision of timely information, access to resources, and participation. If through no fault or delay of You the Professional Services do not conform to the foregoing warranty, and You provide written notice to Blue Planet within thirty (30) days of Blue Planet’s delivery of the Professional Services, You may require Blue Planet to re-perform the non- conforming portions of the Professional Services.

Professional Services Warranty. All employees of Code42 performing Professional Services hereunder will have the requisite skill and training to perform Code42’s obligations in a good and workmanlike manner consistent with professional standards in Code42’s industry. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the foregoing warranty shall be Code42’s re-performance of the non-conforming Professional Services one time or, at Code42’s option, a refund of all prepaid Fees paid by Customer for the applicable non-conforming Professional Services. Code42’s warranty obligations under this Section 6.2 are conditioned upon Customer providing Code42 with a detailed written notice of any claimed breach of the warranty within thirty (30) days of occurrence of the alleged breach.
Professional Services Warranty. Core warrants that all Professional Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with then-current industry standards (“Professional Services Warranty”). Customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of the Professional Services Warranty shall be, at Core’s option, either to (i) re-perform such Professional Services and/or training; or (ii) to provide Customer a refund for the allegedly defective Professional Services. Such remedy shall only be available if Customer notifies Core in writing within ninety (90) Calendar Days of the completion of such Professional Services.
Professional Services Warranty. Madden Media warrants that: (a) it and each of its employees, consultants and subcontractors, if any, that it uses to provide and perform Professional Services, has the necessary knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications, and resources to provide and perform the Professional Services in accordance with the SOW; and (b) the Professional Services will be performed for and delivered to Customer in a good, diligent, workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards, laws and governmental regulations applicable to the performance of such services. Madden Media's ability to successfully perform such services is dependent on Customer’s provision of timely information, access to resources, and participation. If, through no fault or delay of Customer, the Professional Services do not conform to the foregoing, and Customer notifies Madden Media within 10 days of delivery of the Professional Services, Customer may require Madden Media to re-perform the non-conforming portions of the Professional Services.
