Service Offering definition

Service Offering includes an Evaluation Service.
Service Offering means the VMware cloud service offering specified in your Order. “Service Offering” includes an Evaluation Service.
Service Offering includes an Evaluation Service in all provisions of these Terms of Service that are not in conflict with the provisions of this Section 1.5.

Examples of Service Offering in a sentence

  • RSA's liability with respect to any Third-Party Content used or made available as part of a Service Offering is subject to this Section 12.

  • RSA may bill Customer directly for any additional charges, even if Customer purchases its subscription(s) for the Service Offering through an RSA-authorized reseller.

  • Charges may consist of both a committed amount as well as additional amounts, including but not limited to charges for add-on features that Customer orders or enables, as well as charges Customer incurs based on actual usage of the Service Offering (metered charges, or “overages”).

  • To use the Service Offering, Customer may be required to register and set up an authorized account with Login Credentials.

  • The terms of the Agreement will supersede any conflicting or additional terms and conditions of any purchase order or other purchasing-related document issued by Customer relating to any Order for the Service Offering.


More Definitions of Service Offering

Service Offering means all of the following to the extent provided by Contractor under this Agreement: (i) the Appian Software as provided by the Service Provider’s over the Internet; (ii) the information technology infrastructure used by the Service Providers to make the Appian Software available to Ordering Activity over the Internet; and (iii) standard Maintenance Services.
Service Offering means the Dell-branded cloud service offering, which may include software (including microcode, firmware, operating systems or applications) (“Software”) used to operate the cloud service offering, specified in Your Order. “Service Offering” may include an Evaluation Service.
Service Offering includes an Evaluation Service in all provisions of this Agreement that are not in conflict with the provisions of this Section 10. This section does not apply to Service Offerings before they become generally available.
Service Offering means an electronic communications service that is offered under a single name or at a single price. A “service offering” includes a category of electronic communica- tions service for which a separate rate is charged by the provider.
Service Offering means Customer’s service offering offered on a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”), infrastructure as a service (“IaaS”), platform as a service (“PaaS”) hosted, turn-key, on-demand, service bureau, or similar basis.
Service Offering means the G&L Cloud Service.
Service Offering means the description of an individual Cloud Service as set forth in the Service Level Agreement.
