Professional Services Fees means the fees for Professional Services described as such in the Product Order.
Professional Services Fees means the fees payable by CUSTOMER as consideration for the rendering of Professional Services by TELVIVA, which fees will be payable on a Time and Materials basis;

Any subsequent Professional Services Fees will be invoiced and paid in accordance with the applicable Order Form and/or SOW If Customer’s use of the Platform exceeds the Service Capacity set forth on the Order Form or otherwise requires the payment of additional fees (per the terms of this Agreement), Customer shall be billed for such usage and Customer agrees to pay the additional fees in the manner provided herein.
As consideration for the Professional Services provided by Company under this SOW, Customer shall pay Company the Professional Services Fees specified in the Order Form.
More Definitions of Professional Services Fees
Professional Services Fees means the agreed upon and accepted amount to be paid by You for Professional Services as set forth in the Opportunity Document(s) and/or any agreed upon Statement of Work.
Professional Services Fees means fees payable by Customer, or by a Reseller on behalf of Customer, to Trustwave, for any Professional Services provided to Customer under this Agreement.
