Premium Compensation Rate - Overtime Work Sample Clauses
The Premium Compensation Rate - Overtime Work clause establishes the requirement for employees to receive higher pay rates for hours worked beyond their standard schedule. Typically, this means that any work performed over a set number of hours per day or week is compensated at a premium rate, such as time-and-a-half or double time, depending on company policy or legal requirements.
