Overtime assignment. Overtime shall be assigned by seniority in the position classifications regularly assigned to the performance of the work and by designated units, i.e., ▇▇▇▇, program, work location, facility, etc., mutually agreed to at the facility level.

Overtime assignment is any duty or responsibility assigned to a unit member which results in the unit member working in excess of eight hours in a day or 40 hours in a week; or in excess of 10 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week for employees assigned to work a 4 days a week or10 hours a day work schedule.
