Maximum Compensation. There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.
Maximum Compensation. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract to the contrary, the maximum, not-to-exceed compensation that Agency will pay to Contractor is _____Dollars ($_____) (the “Maximum Not-To-Exceed Compensation”), which includes payment for any allowable expenses for which Contractor may request reimbursement under this Contract.
Maximum Compensation. The total compensation for all services performed pursuant to this Agreement shall not exceed the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX AND NO/100 Dollars ($2,888,176.00). Contractor acknowledges that the Commission is under no obligation to compensate Contractor for services rendered or expenses accrued under this Agreement in excess of the maximum compensation specified above. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to monitor its activities to ensure that the scope of services specified in Contract Attachment No. 2 (Specifications/Scope of Work) may be completed and no charges accrued in excess of the maximum compensation during the term of this Agreement. In the event that the work required cannot be completed within the amount specified, or it appears that the maximum compensation provided may be exceeded before the term of the Agreement expires, Contractor shall promptly notify the Commission. Further, the Commission may cancel the Agreement, without cause, by written notice to the Contractor at any time during the term of the Agreement, or any extension thereto, in the event that the Commission and/or the Housing Authority of the City of San Diego (“Housing Authority”) fails to appropriate funds for the rendition of services set forth in this Agreement. This right to cancel is in addition to the rights of the Commission to terminate the Agreement as set forth in Section 214 of this Agreement.
Maximum Compensation. Citizens’ obligation to pay Vendor for all Services and reimbursable expense under this Agreement shall not exceed a total dollar amount of $TBD. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a State of Florida or federal government declared emergency or catastrophe, Citizens may authorize the purchase of Services in excess of the maximum compensation set forth in this Section. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided during such declared emergency or catastrophe will be paid at the same rates set forth in this Agreement.
Maximum Compensation. The Service Order shall specify the maximum amount of compensation for the work, including both payment for professional services and reimbursable expenses. The CONSULTANT shall complete all work it is required to perform under the Service Order for no more than the specified maximum amount. Any hours worked for which payment would result in a total exceeding this maximum amount shall be at no cost to the CITY.
Maximum Compensation. The maximum total compensation approved by the Yakama $ . Nation and payable to Consultant for Work under this agreement is The Yakama Nation shall not pay Consultant more than this maximum amount for the Work. Consultant acknowledges that this maximum amount (a) is sufficient to perform the Work and (b) includes all eligible expenses associated with Consultant’s performance of the Work.
Maximum Compensation. In no event shall the aggregate Monthly Compensation paid to Consultant over the Term of this Agreement exceed the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) (the “Maximum Compensation”).
Maximum Compensation. The maximum amount payable under this Work Authorization is $ . This amount is based upon fees set forth in the attached Exhibit B, “Payment Schedule”.
Maximum Compensation. Contractor’s fees shall be calculated at the rates set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The Maximum Compensation for the performance of Services within the Scope of Services described in Exhibit A is forty-seven thousand, three hundred seven and 00/100 dollars ($47,307.00). In no case shall the amount paid by County under this Agreement exceed the Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Maximum Compensation. 5.1. The CONSULTANT’s total compensation and reimbursement under this Agreement, including labor, direct non-salary reimbursable costs and outside services, shall not exceed the maximum sum of $65,000.00. (sixty-five thousand dollars). This amount is the maximum amount to be paid under this Agreement and shall not be exceeded without prior written authorization from CITY in the form of a negotiated and executed amendment of this Agreement.
