Policy Change. Company reserves the right to change, amend, or revise this policy at any time with or without notice to Customer.
Policy Change. If the Department proposes a change to the requirements in the functions performed, and services provided or purchased by the CSA which is not the result of implementation of State or Federal statutes, rules and regulations, court orders or settlement agreements arising from litigation, the Department shall consider the fiscal and workload impact on the CSA, and consult with Wisconsin Child Support Enforcement Association (WCSEA) on any change determined by the Department to have a substantial fiscal or workload impact before implementing the change to the requirements. It is not the Department’s intent to impose unilaterally any new, unbudgeted activities on the CSA.
Policy Change. If the Employer introduces or intends to introduce a measure, policy, practice or change that affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of a significant number of bargaining unit employees, the Employer will abide by Section 54 of the BC Labour Code.

If the Employer introduces or intends to introduce a measure, policy, practice or change that affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of a significant number of bargaining unit employees, the Employer will give the Union at least sixty (60) days’ notice before the date on which the measure, policy, practice or change is to be effected, and after notice has been given, the Employer and the Union must meet in good faith, and endeavor to develop an adjustment plan, which may include any provisions respecting any of the following:

Policy Change. The Housing Agency has the right to change Policies or to introduce new Policies which affect the Provider and its delivery of Community Housing. Those changes will be communicated to the Provider in accordance with clause 13 of this Agreement.

Within 10 working days of becoming aware of any changes to any policies, procedures, regulations, or guidelines that may adversely affect the financial viability of the Project, including power pricing and load dispatch policies, CHNG, Greengen, and/or HTICL shall advise ADB of such changes.
Policy Change. Before the Committee, during the term of this Agreement, adopts a policy with respect to the wages, hours of work and other conditions of employment of said employees which is not covered by the terms of this Agreement and which has not been proposed by the Association, the Committee will notify the Association in writing that it is considering the adoption of such a policy. The Association will have the right to negotiate with the Committee on such proposed policy, provided that it files such a request with the Committee within five (5) days after receipt of said notice. Any agreement reached during any such negotiations shall be reduced in writing as an amendment to this Agreement.
